Assessments

An Assessment, often school or probation mandated, is a comprehensive, professional evaluation of specific areas of behavioral health functioning, designed to aid in targeting areas of concern and establishing appropriate treatment recommendations.

At a discounted cost of $90, HUGS’ assessments include the initial intake (general information-gathering paperwork), evaluation and assessment, and a written report with recommendations that, with the client’s authorization, will be sent to the requesting agency.
